Klikwork

FAQ

Straight answers.

What Klikwork is, what it costs, and why setup comes first.

What is a Setup Scan?
A Setup Scan is a diagnostic review of your current AI tools, workflows, and data. We find where time leaks, what AI can actually help with, and what to fix first. You leave with a clear view of your setup, your top priorities, and a recommendation: roadmap, training, or both. It is the entry point to working with Klikwork, and it costs 497 euro.
Why fix the setup before adding more AI tools?
AI does not fix old data. It scales the damage. Most teams add tools on top of broken workflows and get more noise, not more results. We fix the foundation first, so the tools you already pay for finally deliver.
How is Klikwork different from an AI training vendor?
Training vendors sell courses. Klikwork sells clarity. We train around your actual workflow, not a generic curriculum. We believe setup should lead and training should follow, because if the setup is the problem, a course will not fix it, so we often start by diagnosing it. It is not a rule though. Teams and individual recruiters can book training directly when they already know what they need.
What does it cost to start?
You start with the Setup Scan at 497 euro. A Setup Roadmap, training, or ongoing support follows only if it makes sense for your team. Full pricing for each sits on the services and training pages. You start small, not with a big commitment.
What happens after the Setup Scan?
The scan gives you the picture; the Setup Roadmap turns it into a plan. It maps how work actually flows, finds the manual friction, checks your data quality, and sets out what to fix first and what to stop doing. You leave with a 90-day action plan and an 18-month direction. From there, training or support follows only where it helps. The Setup Roadmap starts at 2.488 euro.
Is Klikwork for my whole team or for individual recruiters?
Both. Teams get in-person training built around their own tools and workflow: the AI Recruitment Engineer Team Bootcamp (2 to 5 days), a shorter Custom AI Training (1 to 3 days), or a 2-hour AI workshop. Individual recruiters follow the AI Recruitment Engineer track in Amsterdam, two bootcamps that run from automation to engineering, with the Elite program for those who want personal guidance. The work is built around how you actually recruit, not a one-size course.
Do we have to switch to specific AI tools?
No. We work with the stack you already have. The first job is usually removing tools that do not earn their place, not adding new ones. Fewer tools, used well, beat a bigger stack nobody trusts.
What is the AI Recruitment Engineer track?
It is Klikwork's training path for individual recruiters who want to build their own AI workflows, not just prompt. It runs in person in Amsterdam, in two bootcamps. In AI Recruitment Engineer I, the Automation Bootcamp, you automate one real task end to end and leave with a workflow that runs without you. In AI Recruitment Engineer II, the Engineer Bootcamp, you stop using tools and start building your own: dashboards, frontends, and AI systems. You can take them separately or as a bundle. Online self-study is included as preparation, so you walk in ready to build. Recruiters who want to go deeper with personal guidance continue into Elite, online over 8 weeks at 5.000 euro. You leave with working systems, not slides.
Does this help with EU AI Act and GDPR compliance?
Yes. We build workflows that stay inside the EU AI Act and GDPR from the start, because compliance designed in is cheaper than compliance bolted on. It is part of how we set up automation, not an afterthought.
