What your team builds.

Working automations built and running before the last day ends. Not concepts. Real workflows your team shipped.

The confidence to keep building after you leave. That part is harder to teach than any workflow.

A shared language across the whole team. Everyone in the room understands what AI can and cannot do.

Less dependency on vendors for the automations that should already be running.

Recruitment team celebrating after completing their AI Recruitment Engineer bootcamp

A full recruitment team. Two days. Three automations shipped.

After the bootcamp

Your new reality.

Your team owns its AI workflows instead of waiting on vendors.

Automations get built, tested, and shipped during the bootcamp.

Recruiters stop managing tools and start managing pipelines.

The team has a shared playbook. Not five different opinions.

Are we describing you?

You are here if...

  • Your team is willing to build, even if they have never built anything before.
  • You want a shared baseline across the whole team, not individual training.
  • You are willing to commit 2 to 5 days of in-person time.
  • You have at least one workflow worth automating.

Skip this if...

  • Your team needs to understand what AI is and how it works before building with it.
  • Your team does not have an innovation mindset.
  • You are looking for a strategy session without hands-on work.
  • Your setup is not yet ready for automation. Start with a Setup Scan.

From the field

Before the bootcamp, we were using AI here and there, mostly for writing and summarising, but without any real structure or depth behind it. Not everyone came in feeling ready. Some team members were genuinely anxious, worried that keeping up with AI meant becoming an engineer.

Over the two days, the team went from scattered experimentation to actually building and prototyping AI-powered recruitment workflows that felt genuinely usable.

What surprised me most was what happened to the people who were most nervous coming in. By the end of day two, they were not just comfortable. They were the ones initiating ideas. That complete reversal in two days is something I honestly did not expect.

To any TA leader considering this: do it, and bring everyone. Especially the ones who think it is not for them.
